Wight Whiskey

A 30-second brand film and photography for one of the island’s finest drinks brands.

I have always wanted to work with a drinks brand that does such a fabulous job of representing the wonderful local produce and talent we have here on the Isle of Wight. So I was delighted to see an email from Lucy at Wight Whiskey asking if we could produce a brand video together. We met at Cafe Isola and went through the plan: a 30-second brand video, accompanied by photography.

We booked a date, and we got very lucky with the conditions, as you can see from the video. It is absolutely stunning. Lucy had pulled together a shot list, and I added some creative input. All of that, plus some spur-of-the-moment opportunities on the night, made for a frankly stunning brand video.

We posted it to social media and it went down an absolute storm. It has also featured on the Wightlink ferries, and personally it has brought in a lot of business from people seeing it and getting in touch. I cannot thank Lucy and the team at Wight Whiskey enough, and it has been great to keep working with them, providing assets through our stock library, Isle of Wight Stock, for their packaging. Long may it continue.
