Slash & Gain.
For creative agencies
I’ll cut what your agency pays for software, turn your archive into income, and teach your team to use AI properly. Then I stay on as your safety net.
Backed by the Slash & Gain Guarantee: your build fee back in savings and income within 12 months, or I refund the difference.
The problem
Most agencies rent their software and sit on an archive that earns nothing.
Every shoot leaves behind photos and clips that never get used again. Meanwhile the monthly bills keep coming, one small subscription at a time.

Already running
I built it for my own business first.
Isle of Wight Stock also won me tourism board work. For an agency, a stock library brings in leads as well as income.
Hello
Hi, I’m Reuben.
I’m a filmmaker and photographer on the Isle of Wight, with ten years behind the camera. I built Isle of Wight Stock, the client portals and every tool on this page for my own business first, and I share how I do it on my YouTube channel, Fix It In Post.
When you work with me, you work with me. No account managers, and no handing you over to a junior team.
What you could switch on
Things that already work.
Your business brain
An AI that knows your services, prices and tone of voice, ready for proposals, emails and briefs.
Ask your archive
Find any photo, clip or file by describing it. “Sunset over the harbour, people in shot.”
Your library in ChatGPT or Claude
Your team and clients search and share your library from the AI tools they already use.
Your own client portal
Streamable video, shareable links and downloads, for a fraction of what file sharing costs.
Posts that schedule themselves
Pick the shots, AI writes the caption and books the post across your channels.
A morning report
One email a day: what sold, who visited and what needs doing.
Release forms on a phone
Models and property owners sign on the spot, and the form files itself against the right shots.
Twelve agencies, one upload
Sell direct to the big stock agencies instead of paying a middleman’s commission.
Your own app
Your library on desktop and iPhone, in your branding.
The promise
Cut what you pay. Grow what you earn. Own everything I build.
Your fee back within 12 months, or I refund the difference.
Within 12 months of launch, the money I save you plus the money your library makes you will add up to at least what you paid for the build. If it falls short, I refund the gap. £1,000 short? I send you £1,000.
- Cancel the subscriptions we replace
- Upload the number of files agreed in your plan
- Share your earnings statements
- Keep the monthly support plan running
Covers the one-off build fee. Full terms are in your agreement.
The call is free
You leave the discovery call knowing what you could save, in pounds, even if you never hire me.
You own it
No lock-in. The websites, software, accounts and data are yours, and if you ever leave I hand everything over.
Two ways to work together
Pay once, or partner up.
You keep 100%.
A one-off build, then a small monthly support plan. Every penny the library earns is yours.
- Pay in full or in three stages
- Discount for paying up front
- Support paid monthly or yearly
We share the upside.
A small setup fee, then I take a share of the new income. I only do well when you do.
- Lower cost to start
- No cut on anything you already earn
- Buy out the share whenever you like
Prices are tailored to your agency and shared on the call.

Fair questions.
We’re busy and not very techy. Will this work for us?
That’s who it’s built for. The system does the heavy lifting, your team gets training and written guides, and I’m on hand every month. If you can approve a photo, you can run it.
Why aren’t the prices on the website?
Every agency pays for different software and holds a different archive. On the free call we work out your savings first, so the price makes sense against real numbers.
How soon does the stock library make money?
Agency uploads can start earning within weeks. Your own library builds more slowly, often six to eight months before the first regular subscribers. I won’t promise sales figures, because nobody honestly can.
What if it doesn’t pay off?
Then you get money back. If the savings plus the new income don’t reach your build fee within 12 months of launch, I refund the difference. You just need to have cancelled the subscriptions we replaced, uploaded the files we agreed, shared your earnings statements and kept the support plan running.
Who owns the software and the content?
You do. The websites, the tools, your content, your customers and your agency accounts all stay in your name.
What if we want to stop?
After the minimum term you can stop whenever you like and keep everything that’s been built. I’ll hand over the logins and a guide.
Why only five agencies a year?
Because I build and support every one myself. Five keeps the work good and the support personal.
Not an agency?
No worries. Individuals welcome.
Freelance photographers, filmmakers and small business owners get exactly the same thing: a free call, an honest look at what you pay for, and a plan for what your work could earn. The setup just scales to fit you.
